  1. Well done Mike! It was a great attempt. I actually considered sending you a link to the SALT (I don’t do gluten) crust I was talking about. There’s quite a simple recipe on the Masterchef website, maybe you can save it for when you attempt Pheasant. I didn’t think you were seriously listening to anything I had to say as you caught me at a moment of ‘hunger’ and I was just thinking about all the things I wanted to eat. I’ve enjoyed reading your blog so keep up the good work!

    • Sounds very intriguing! Pheasant does have to be done…
      i was listening, just not necessarily taking it all in, some flew over my head unfortunately!
