Week 20: Mexican, si si

Mejico

 I remember being at university and making myself some ‘nachos’. I use inverted commas because, well, it was really just a massive plate of corn chips, baked beans and cheese. I couldn’t walk far after it.

Thankfully my taste in Mexican food has improved and it found a worthy mate in Mejico last week.
