A family feast

The preparation for this week started early. I got in touch with the guys at The Butcher and the Chef on Monday and enquired about a large order of rather exotic meats that were coming in as I was planning on cooking for 6 people this week. The reason for this: my oldest sister and her husband were coming into town on Friday night, so the plan was dinner at my middle sister’s house, prepared by me.
